Responsibilities
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions and automated workflows into client projects to enhance product value.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation to optimize project delivery timelines and internal efficiencies.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Marketing) and global clients.
Main Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment.
- Proven experience in managing web and mobile application development projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, or automation platforms like Make/Zapier) is a strong plus.
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
