Neuralspect

Neuralspect is an AI-based CRM and home inspection tool designed to simplify the report-writing process for inspectors. Neuralspect makes sure that all inspectors have access to resources that improve the efficiency of their work. The platform streamlines the report-writing process like never before by enabling users to write thorough, transparent, and cloud-based inspection reports.

The client's main goal was to get rid of the slow process of writing reports by hand so that inspectors could focus more on inspecting homes and giving better results. It aimed to transform the traditional home inspection process by integrating advanced modern technologies. They came to us with this challenge, hoping to make their idea a reality.

Web Application Development

The goal for the web application was clear: create an easy-to-use, intuitive platform that inspectors could rely on for faster report writing. The challenge wasn’t just in the coding but in making sure we understood the day-to-day struggles of home inspectors. We needed to design something that wasn’t just another tool but a solution that felt like it was made just for them. Our process started with deep-diving into the needs of inspectors and sketching out designs that would make navigation a breeze. Using React for the web app allowed us to build a responsive, dynamic user interface that inspectors could use on any device, anywhere. We added features like voice-to-text, to let inspectors talk through their findings without stopping to type. Every step, from planning to deployment, was about ensuring that the web app wasn’t just functional but a game-changer in how inspections are reported.

We created wireframes and mockups to visualize the app's layout and user interface. This helped us ensure that the app would be intuitive and easy to use.

Mobile App Development

For the mobile app, the aim was similar but with mobility in mind: provide a tool that inspectors could carry in their pocket, making on-site work smoother. The challenge here was creating an app that worked across different devices without losing any functionality. Xamarin was our choice because it let us write the code once and deploy it on both Android and iOS, saving time and ensuring consistency. We integrated the same AI and voice-to-text technologies as the web app, so inspectors could switch between devices without skipping a beat. The development process involved careful planning, designing an intuitive user interface, and rigorous testing to make sure everything worked perfectly in real-world conditions. The mobile app was built to be a reliable companion for inspectors, making their jobs easier and more productive.

We integrated the web and mobile apps with the necessary APIs and services. This ensured that the apps could communicate with each other and with external systems. Our choice of the tech stack, including React, Ant Design (antd) for UI components, Node.js for backend, PostgreSQL for database management, and Xamarin for mobile development, was driven by our commitment to delivering a high-quality, user-friendly application.
