Currently, we are seeking a talented Mid/Mid+ SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance search engine visibility, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates for our clients.

Responsibilities

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with client’s business goals.
  • Performing on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and URL structuring.
  • Conducting regular technical SEO audits, providing recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with the development team to implement solutions or resolving the issues directly when possible.
  • Collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated in content creation and web development.
  • Managing link-building activities, including anchor text distribution for maximum SEO impact.
  • Monitoring and analyzing site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.
  • Reporting regularly on performance, KPIs, and outcomes to clients and internal teams.

Main Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, both on-page and off-page.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Looker Studio, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
