Currently, we are seeking a talented Mid/Mid+ SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is not a traditional SEO role – we expect you to actively use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve performance. If you are not leveraging AI in your SEO processes, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis using AI-enhanced tools.
- Developing and implementing AI-driven SEO strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
- Performing on-page optimization, including AI-generated content structuring, title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and URL structuring.
- Conducting regular technical SEO audits using automation tools, providing recommendations, and either implementing solutions or working with developers.
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure AI-powered SEO best practices are incorporated in content creation and web development.
- Managing and automating link-building activities for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitoring and analyzing site performance using AI-powered analytics and SEO platforms.
- Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI advancements to maintain cutting-edge strategies.
- Reporting regularly on performance, KPIs, and outcomes to clients and internal teams using automated reporting systems.
Main Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and automation tools like n8n, Zapier, ChatGPT, or Jasper AI.
- A proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings using AI-enhanced methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make AI-driven, actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools, automation scripts, and workflow optimization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration is a plus.
- Strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to work independently while leveraging AI-powered efficiency.
